Subject to stock availability, we will ship a confirmed order within 3 working days of receipt.
When your order has been placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement and when the order is shipped from our distribution center, you will receive an email to inform you of your order status. At the bottom of the email you will find the tracking number for your package.
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE SHIPPING using standard Pos Malaysia parcel for delivery anywhere within Peninsular Malaysia. This will be the default method for shipping. However our customers have the option to upgrade to Pos Laju by merely adding RM3 for each delivery.
For shipment to Sabah and Sarawak, we will impose a flat rate of RM3 for delivery via air parcel. To enjoy Pos Laju service, our customers have to pay RM6 per delivery.

Return Policy
We only accept return of goods shipped in the event of damages caused by us or due to causes of delivery (subject to customer providing reference pictures for detailed analysis). In such incidents, we will be responsible to fully refund the money paid by the customers. We do not entertain any other causes for return.
